SiteOne Landscape Supply seeks a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to provide exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes English/Spanish communication, team collaboration, and adoption of new technologies while ensuring a safe, customer-friendly store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail/wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new tech/tools and processes.
• Support merchandising, inventory management and safe store operations.
