Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Maryland is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You’ll help with questions, take orders, and ensure accurate inventory pickup and delivery, in person or by phone or online.

The role focuses on building relationships, embracing new technologies, and contributing to sales growth with a collaborative team that values safety and training for career

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus (landscape, nursery, irrigation).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions/needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while keeping a safe environment.
