Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to assist commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will provide exceptional service, manage orders, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced branch environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong English/Spanish communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies while ensuring a safe, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs, in person, by phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining safety.
