SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build strong relationships, assist with in-store and online ordering, and help manage inventory and merchandising while upholding a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency—English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Work with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
