Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

You will build relationships, assist with in-store, phone, or online orders, help with inventory and pickup/delivery, and support merchandising while maintaining a safe work environment. This role involves learning new technologies and working closely with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of green industry products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining safety.
