Job summary

Remote Co. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in Dallas, TX. The role requires strong bilingual Japanese-English communication and a talent for building relationships with government, legal, and accounting clients.

You will lead outreach, craft tailored proposals, and manage end-to-end sales processes. The position is hybrid, offering a base salary range of $52,700–$98,000 plus annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of service development / sales experience preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proposals and presentations to satisfy customer needs.
• Identify trends to build sales pipelines and develop strategic account plans for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain and update sales records, CRM data and reporting documents; manage contracts and signatures.
