Job summary

The successful candidate will drive business development activities primarily within the Texas and Southwest region.

Fluency in Japanese and English is required, with a compensation range of $60,000–$80,000 per year. Benefits include medical plans and a 401(k) matching program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the field or any related ERP software.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Business-level English in listening/speaking/reading/writing.
• Native or high-business-level Japanese in listening/speaking/reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business development plan.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide timely reporting on BD activities.
