Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, or PC/OS administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for Windows OS.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve OS errors and application issues.
• Set up PCs, image systems, install software, and replace devices.
• Support OS updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
• Assist with user accounts, password resets, and access issues.
• Provide Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 support for hardware, software, connectivity.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, monitors, and other IT equipment.
• Document issues and resolutions; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
