Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator who is bilingual in Korean to support our office and regional operations. The role covers network administration, IT support, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

The candidate will manage LAN/WAN, VPN, security, Windows Server and Active Directory environments, and provide on-site and remote support for about 200 users across office and warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in network administration or IT support.
• Experience supporting ~200 users in office/warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and security environments.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and wireless issues.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide onsite and remote user support for ~200 users.
• Assist with network upgrades, documentation, and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Participate in IT policy implementation and cybersecurity initiatives.
