Job summary

STS Technical Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across office and manufacturing operations in Milwaukee, WI. The role emphasizes troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting Windows and Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4+ years of IT Support, Help Desk or related experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with Active Directory administration
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for office and manufacturing operations
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide Outlook/ email support
• Assist with password resets, account unlocks and VPN MFA
• Manage basic Active Directory tasks and user accounts
• Image, deploy and maintain desktops and laptops
• Provide hardware deployment and setup for new hires
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base
• Support Workday access and other business systems as needed
• Collaborate with employees across a fast-paced production environment
