Job summary

Leverages U.S. Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an IT Admin to maintain and support office IT equipment, systems, and security infrastructure. You will work with employees, vendors, and HR to enforce policies and ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 via Azure AD, asset lifecycle, licenses, backups, and IT security training for new hires; experience in a Japanese company culture is a plus. Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of IT administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 5–10 years in IT administration in a corporate environment.
• Experience in a Japanese company culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT-related equipment and office devices.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of company IT systems and networks.
• Respond to IT requests and provide user support.
• Create and update user manuals for common questions.
• Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 usage via Azure AD.
• Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot IT issues.
• Back up data and manage IT asset lifecycle.
• Propose upgrades to equipment and software.
• Support department-specific software and hardware as needed.
• Track and tag all IT assets and manage licenses.
