Job summary

Global Power Components is seeking an hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across office and manufacturing operations in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will support end users, assist with onboarding, and manage desktop/laptop imaging, AD tasks, and endpoint devices. Onsite 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for diverse workforce support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for office and manufacturing ops.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets via multiple channels; troubleshoot hardware/software.
