Responsibilities

• Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats.
• Data Entry: Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience.
