Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear, confident phone communication.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance experience a plus.
