UNIVISTA HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote products/services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.

The role involves inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance license (2-20/440) or willingness to obtain; preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Initiate outbound follow-ups and product/service promotion.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns for a positive experience.
• Provide solutions using product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
