Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts for delivery and route delivery staff.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Record daily mileages in fleet management devices and ensure timely inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify products and warranties are billed before departure.
• Process returns for core and warranty credits in a timely manner.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Assist with labor claim processing to ensure efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
