• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Process phone and online orders; invoice and direct parts to delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected daily.
• Assist on front and retail counters; help with backroom duties as needed.
• Handle labor claims processing.
• Audit returns and ensure proper billing for cores and warranties.
