Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery routes to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Verify vehicle inspections and daily mileages are logged in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Ensure all product/merchandise, including warranty parts, are billed before customers leave.
• Process returns for cores/warranties promptly and tag correctly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure fast processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
