Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter. You will oversee daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and assist on the front and retail counters as needed.

Candidates with a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs are encouraged to apply. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly valued, as are ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take and invoice orders by phone and online; direct parts to delivery.
• Coordinate delivery drivers to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Ensure delivery vehicles and inspections are completed daily.
• Assist on front and retail counters and backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Tag, label, and credit returns for cores and warranty.
