Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter and to oversee daily activity of the delivery team. You will build sales relationships with installers, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications include a strong mechanics background and excellent communication. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE certification and automotive repair knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong background in mechanics.
Above average communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
ASE Certification (desired).
Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
Take orders over the phone and online; invoice and direct parts to delivery.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
Complete daily mileages and inspections in fleet devices.
Assist on front counter as needed and with backroom duties.
Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.
