Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter, guiding the daily work of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, solid communication, and ASE certification. You will develop sales relationships and ensure warranty/cores processing is accurate and prompt.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly encouraged for applicant pool.

Responsibilities

• Serve professional customers at installer counter and build sales relationships.
• Process orders accurately by phone and online, and coordinate delivery for timely fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected per company standards.
• Manage returns, warranty parts, and credits efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver exceptional service.
