The role requires 1–3 years in sales, bilingual English/Spanish, CRM experience, and MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel may be needed to support training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a designated portfolio of existing agents to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Act as the liaison between agents and internal teams to resolve issues and align with company goals.
• Guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and business objectives by setting clear goals and following up.
• Execute daily outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to grow quotes and applications.
• Track and document all agent interactions and follow-ups; support field Territory Managers as needed.
