Job summary

AssuranceAmerica is seeking an Inside Territory Manager in McAllen, TX to strengthen agent relationships and drive growth. You will proactively engage a portfolio of agents, resolve issues, and guide them toward achieving sales quotas through structured outreach and training.

The role blends relationship management with hands-on sales execution. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of existing agents to drive loyalty and revenue.
• Serve as liaison between agents and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Guide agents to achieve sales quotas through goal setting and follow-ups.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inquiries to grow quote and application volume.
• Follow the MSP and sales cadence to increase agency adoption and production.
• Travel occasionally for field visits, training, or events.
