Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM.
• Able to work in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with a portfolio of existing agents to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Liaise between agents and internal teams to resolve issues and align with company goals.
• Guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas by setting goals and following up.
• Execute daily outbound calls and respond to inquiries to grow quotes and applications.
• Follow the established MSP and sales cadence to increase agency adoption and production.
• Overcome objections and identify opportunities to expand agent performance.
• Lead onboarding and training of new agencies with field support.
• Collaborate with field Territory Managers and National Accounts for growth.
• Provide backup sales administration, licensing tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Track and document all agent interactions and follow-ups.
• Maintain professionalism in communications and resolve agent requests promptly.
• Participate in strategy meetings with Sales leadership to refine tactics.
• Pursue professional development opportunities and travel for field visits.
