Murphy’s Roofing Supply and Building Products in Arlington, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive revenue by building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. You will support the Inside Sales Team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure accurate product delivery and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Experience in customer service and client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and negotiation.
• Identify new business opportunities with the sales team.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and service teams for delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
• Address product questions, backorders, defects, and delivery issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Use CRM tools to track activities and manage pipelines.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calls.
• Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings.
