Job summary

You will leverage company tools, procedures, and market insights to identify opportunities, reduce churn, and strengthen client satisfaction across the account portfolio. Hybrid work is offered in the U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across all solutions within assigned accounts.

• Generate demand by identifying client needs and articulating value.
• Use sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasts.
• Present new offerings and obtain sales orders where possible.
• Build relationships and understand the client environment and needs.
• Identify opportunities for upsell across solutions areas.
