Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM.

• Analytical ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations.
• Willing to work in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Territory Managers to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on sales effectiveness, pipeline management, territory planning, and professional development.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Provide performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action per policy.
• Support talent acquisition including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training.
• Drive territory strategies to increase production, agency engagement, retention, profitability.
• Analyze sales trends, production data, and market opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with field sales, underwriting, marketing, operations, and others.
• Facilitate team meetings, training, and development programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate reporting and communicate results to leadership.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused culture emphasizing accountability and service.
