Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Melbourne, FL, is seeking a Bi-Lingual Indirect Loan Processor to fund vehicle loans with dealers and members. You will review dealer loan packages for completeness, update applications, and support membership account openings.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with core office hours and occasional weekend rotation. Starting salary between $22.18 and $23.48 per hour, plus a 3% annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts, navigate moderately complex or sensitive discussions, and resolve problems in stressful situations.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to solve problems independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review indirect loan packages for completeness and accuracy before loan issuance and dealer payment; submit applications to Underwriting as needed.
• Update application information to reflect received loan documents and verified data.
• Manage incomplete applications through timely follow-up and support the return or decline of applications that miss completion deadlines.
• Determine SCCU membership eligibility and open new membership accounts for qualified applicants.
• Partner with Indirect Processing and Indirect Lending teams to resolve issues and fund applications within established Service Level Agreements.
• Respond to indirect loan inquiries from dealer partners, members, and SCCU Team Members, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
