Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) seeks a Bi-Lingual Indirect Loan Processor to join our Melbourne Headquarters Loan Processing Department. You will review dealer loan packages for completeness and accuracy, update applicant information, support membership account openings, and help ensure loans and dealer reserves are disbursed within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan packages.

Responsibilities

• Review indirect loan packages from dealer partners for completeness and accuracy.
• Update application information and support membership account openings.
• Help ensure loans and dealer reserves are disbursed within service level agreements.
• Coordinate with Indirect Processing and Indirect Lending teams to resolve issues.
