MCI is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Savannah, GA to support inbound calls, help desk, and back-office tasks for commercial and public sector programs. In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve product and process questions, and troubleshoot basic technical issues while representing global brands.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Type 20+ words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Resolve issues with first-call resolution strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Use knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently.
• Follow all scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
• Stay current on program updates through training and team meetings.
