Job summary

Pavago is seeking a bilingual Admissions Coordinator to drive enrollment in our career training programs. This remote, full-time role focuses on converting inbound inquiries through English and Spanish, handling objections, and guiding prospects to enrollment.

You will manage inbound calls, follow up with warm leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams, all while meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 2+ years in Inside Sales, Admissions, Enrollment, or similar phone-based sales role.
• Proven experience closing sales over the phone.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Comfortable working toward sales and enrollment targets.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English and Spanish. Follow up with warm leads and guide students through enrollment, explaining programs, schedules, tuition, funding options, and requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, email, and text, keeping a structured pipeline and timely responses.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
