Job summary

Learning Matters Educational Group is seeking an Enrollment Specialist—an inside sales and customer service role in a high-volume, in-person call center environment. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, guide families through enrollment, and close enrollments using HubSpot CRM.

Requires bilingual Spanish and English; call center or customer service experience preferred; strong phone presence and ability to manage multiple conversations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Call center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort making and receiving dozens of calls per day.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• CRM experience required, HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Must hold a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails daily.
• Qualify students and families and determine program fit.
• Guide families through the full enrollment process and orientation.
• Deliver strong customer service that drives enrollment and retention.
• Meet or exceed call, follow-up, and enrollment goals.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Work collaboratively with the enrollment team.
• Participate in required meetings and training.
