Job summary

Scale Virtually is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter for a fully remote role. You will be the first point of contact, qualifying inbound leads and moving them into the sales pipeline. Prioritize applicants who include an introduction video and are comfortable with video calls.

You will manage lead qualification, scheduling, CRM updates, and proactive follow-up across English and Spanish conversations, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects.
• Strong lead qualification and objection-handling skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification & pipeline management: respond promptly to inbound leads and categorize by tier.
• Appointment setting & calendar coordination: schedule discovery calls and confirm appointments.
• CRM & lead tracking: maintain accurate records and update statuses.
• Customer follow-up & sales support: timely follow-ups and professional interactions.
• Social media lead engagement: publish content, monitor messages, and track opportunities.
• Administrative & sales coordination: maintain organized records and coordinate with team.
