TitleMax in Griffin, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to assist customers with financial services, process transactions, and uphold excellent in-store experiences. The role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with diverse customers, manage payments, and participate in community events while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This is a full-time, in-person position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted per law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).
