Titlemax in Carrollton, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments, while delivering exceptional in-store service. Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including extended standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Assist in on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold security protocols and management of vault and cash drawer when needed.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends, with at least 40 hours per week.
