Titlemax in Forest Hill, TX is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions with friendly, in-person service. You will process transactions, enter data in the POS system, and support high-volume store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial services to fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in on-site calls, events and store duties as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with opening/closing procedures.
