Job summary

BI Incorporated, operating ISAP for DHS/ERO, seeks a Government Site Specialist to manage Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release at a government site. This role works independently without an on-site Program Manager and requires thorough case management, security coordination, and strict confidentiality.

You will administer service plans, conduct intake, monitor compliance, and coordinate with DHS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years (military or study abroad included).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret and articulate rules and instructions.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament under stress.
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard department software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of case management within program requirements.
• Develop and maintain case records from entry to release.
• Meet with participants regularly as required by contract obligations.
• Monitor program compliance and document violations.
• Administer Security Plan for a specific office and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Review and approve service plans for compliance with regulations.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation sessions for ISAP participants.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Coordinate travel documents and assess English proficiency to tailor resources.
• Arrange translation services and connect participants with community resources.
• Supervise participants at Company offices and schedule activities.
• Conduct risk/needs assessments and write progress reports.
