Job summary

BI Incorporated's Government Site Specialist role supports the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) under a DHS contract. You will provide comprehensive case management for ISAP participants from entry to release, administering policies and maintaining confidential records, largely operating independently at a government site.

You will conduct intake interviews, develop service plans, monitor compliance, and coordinate with community resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include HS diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required and US citizenship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform home visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of ISAP case management within program requirements.
• Develop, implement, and update case management and service plans.
• Conduct intake interviews and monitor program compliance.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and monitor for DHS requirements.
• Coordinate translation and access to community resources for participants.
• Administer Security Plan for the office, including daily operations and security contingencies.
• Perform home visits and monitor participation in ISAP activities.
