Job summary

BI Incorporated0is seeking a Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release. You will administer program policies, perform home visits, coordinate translations, and maintain confidential records to meet DHS/ICE contractual requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), two years of related experience, bilingual Spanish, and the ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver; license required and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to receive clients approval to work on contract required.
• Must live in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• Ability to deal with multicultural contacts with sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills and software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case records for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Coordinates and facilitates translation services for ISAP participants.
• Connects participants with community resources including transportation, medical, food, shelter, clothing, educational, financial, legal and other services.
• Supervises ISAP participants in Company offices.
• Establishes schedules for ISAP participants including counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports to comply with obligations.
• Performs home visits to verify participants7; residences.
• Identifies and maintains relationships with translation resources in the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
