Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a Case Manager to provide intensive supervision and case management for ISAP participants across entry to release. You will work with DHS/ICE requirements, coordinate services, and support participants in obtaining travel documents and resources.

Office-based with local travel, you will communicate in Spanish and English, maintain confidential records, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required and ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develop and maintain individual service plans per regulations.
• Coordinate with legal services and translators for participant needs.
• Conduct home visits and ensure program compliance.
