BI Incorporated, part of ISAP for DHS/ICE, seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to oversee participants from intake to release. You will manage service plans, conduct home visits, and coordinate translation and community resources as required. The role requires bilingual Spanish, strong communication, and U.S.

residency. The position offers a full-time schedule in a typical office environment with local travel and various benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpret rules and orders.
• Sound judgment and even temperament; maintain self-control in stress.
• Attention to detail; problem solving ability.
• Multicultural sensitivity; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the DHS contract.
• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants; meets with participants face-to-face regularly as required.
• Maintains accurate case records for all ISAP participants from entry to release; proactively manages cases and maintains confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation session with each ISAP participant within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants and monitors compliance.
• Assists ISAP participants with acquiring travel documents and maintains a log.
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine resources needed for clear communication.
• Coordinates translation services and connects participants with community resources.
