Job summary

BI Incorporated in Washington state seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release under a DHS contract.

You will conduct intake interviews, develop service plans, coordinate resources, monitor compliance with electronic monitoring, and maintain confidential records while working with multilingual participants. Occasional local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license required and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in order to perform home visits.
• United States citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Meets with participants face-to-face regularly.
• Maintains complete case records and confidentiality of all records.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Assists participants with acquiring travel documents and logs travel information.
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine needed resources.
• Coordinates translation services for ISAP participants.
• Connects participants with community resources (transportation, medical, housing, etc.).
• Supervises ISAP participants in company offices.
• Sets schedules for counseling, court appearances, and legal services.
• Coordinates attendance at orientation sessions and supplemental services evaluations.
• Prepares risk/needs assessments and progress reports.
• Reports program violations timely.
