BI Incorporated in Florida is seeking an ISAP Case Specialist to manage intensive supervision participants from entry to release, applying program policies under the DHS contract. This role requires coordinating services, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with requirements.

You will conduct intake and orientation, install monitoring equipment as needed, coordinate translations, help participants obtain travel documents, and report progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work on contract and receive client approval.
• Must have lived in the US in 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpret rules and instructions.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and attention to detail.
• Problem solving and multicultural sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills and common department software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update case plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain accurate case records from entry to release and ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and participant orientations within contractual timeframes.
• Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor compliance.
• Assist participants with travel documents and coordinate translations.
• Coordinate with community resources for transportation, housing, medical, and legal services.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Refer participants to social services and monitor outcomes.
