Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP case manager to supervise Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants under the DHS contract. You will administer program policies, conduct intake, and coordinate services to support participants through entry to release.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, strong communication, and ability to work with diverse communities, with some local travel and home visits involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintains accurate case records and protects confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation with ISAP participants.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates with participants to ensure attendance at legal and court-related sessions.
