Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a dedicated ISAP Case Manager in Orlando, FL to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release. The role requires coordinating services, conducting intake, and maintaining confidential case records within DHS contract guidelines.

You will install and monitor electronic monitoring devices, arrange translation services, and facilitate access to legal and community resources. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience required; multi-cultural client experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel locally; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains accurate case records for ISAP participants.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions with ISAP participants.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates translation services and connects participants with community resources.
• Schedules counseling sessions, immigration court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Performs home visits and reports program violations.
