Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking an ISAP Case Specialist to provide case management for Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release, following DHS contract guidelines.

You will develop and maintain case records, conduct intake, install electronic monitoring equipment, coordinate translation and community resources, and prepare progress reports while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants and monitors compliance.
• Assists participants with obtaining travel documents and maintains logs for each participant.
• Coordinates translation services and connects participants with community resources.
• Reviews service plans, conducts risk/needs assessments and writes progress reports.
