Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP case manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release under the DHS contract. The role combines case management with monitoring technology and strong community partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, conducting intakes, installing monitoring equipment, coordinating translations, and connecting participants with housing, medical, legal, and social services as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience; experience with law, social work, detention or multicultural clients preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required and reside in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and prepare reports.
• Judgment, composure under pressure, and ability to defuse conflicts.
• Tact with the public; attention to detail; problem-solving.
• Sensitivity to multicultural contacts; basic immigration knowledge.
• Basic computer skills; ability to interpret monitoring messages and daily reports.
• Proficient data entry and use of department software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain accurate case records; ensure confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation within contractual timelines.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment on participants.
• Assist participants with travel documents and log travel information.
• Assess English proficiency to plan needed resources.
• Coordinate translation and emergency translation services.
• Connect participants with community resources and services.
• Supervise participants during visits to Company offices.
• Schedule counseling, court appearances and access to legal services.
• Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance at orientations and evaluations.
• Review service plans; conduct risk/needs assessments and progress reports.
• Report program violations; conduct home visits to verify residence.
• Provide emergency counseling as needed; maintain translation resources.
