Job summary

BI Incorporated, an ISAP program provider for DHS/ICE, seeks a full-time case manager to supervise Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants. You will conduct intake, manage cases, install monitoring equipment, and coordinate translation and community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years in customer service or case management.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe vehicle operation for home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to work on contract.
• Live in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years (military/study abroad counted).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and instructions.
• Good judgment, even temperament, and stress management.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains case records; ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation per contractual timelines.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Helps participants obtain travel documents and log travel data.
• Assesses English proficiency to determine translation needs.
• Arranges translation services and connects to community resources.
• Oversees participation in counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Schedules and tracks program activities and reports on violations.
• Performs home visits and emergency counseling as needed.
