Job summary

BI Incorporated, an ISAP service provider, seeks a Case Manager to oversee intensive supervision participants from intake to release. You will manage service plans, coordinate translations, and connect clients with housing, health, and legal resources.

Experience in case management or customer service is required; bilingual Spanish is essential, and U.S. citizenship is required. This role involves home visits and some local travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with computers and the software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintains accurate case records from entry to release.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientations.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Assists participants with travel documents and resources.
• Coordinates translation services for participants.
• Connects participants with community resources such as housing, health, and legal services.
• Establishes schedules for counseling, court appearances, and legal services.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports.
• Reports program violations promptly and conducts home visits.
