BI Incorporated, operating ISAP for DHS/ICE, seeks a case manager to provide comprehensive support to participants from entry to release. The role requires bilingual Spanish and proven case management experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, maintaining records, and conducting home visits and translations as needed. This on-site position in the United States involves local travel and collaboration with community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Maintain accurate case records and protect confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and coordinate services including translation.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Assist participants with travel documents and English proficiency resources.
• Coordinate with community resources to support participant needs.
